Theory Homes has renovated and built dozens of homes around Briarcliff Woods and LaVista Park communities and has completed multiple multi-million dollar homes around North Buckhead, Chastain Park, and Sandy Springs, including both new construction spec homes and high-end custom renovations.
Peter MacMaster, Theory Homes Owner & Builder
Peter MacMaster had humble beginnings, growing up in Syracuse, New York, and moving to Alpharetta as a teen with his family. He took a keen interest in mechanics and engineering, spending much of his time working on Mustangs and other cars. His passion for redesigning and rebuilding cars eventually shifted towards homes when he began his career in home building almost a decade ago. From remodels to multi-million dollar new construction, Peter has begun to build an exceptional reputation for building robust and high-quality luxury homes. He continues to challenge himself to build complex and unique styled homes that are bold and breathtaking and yet functional and efficient. His passion for building a quality home for clients to enjoy for many years is apparent throughout the build process and the stellar reviews he's received over the years from happy homeowners.
